I wonder if they were required to bring the mascot with them since it’s a Fox station and all? And check out young Stuart Holden doing his best John Madden impression and dumbing it down for those of us watching at home by explaining that to win the match Houston will need to score more goals than New York.

I don’t know if Kyle Martino will be on the mic again for this week’s MLS Primetime match on ESPN but I’d like to give him props for being totally not awful last week. He & Stoner are no Harkes & Dellacamera, but who is. Still I’d like to see him stick around, perhaps teamed up with Glen Davis as the permanent backup team.

Sorry to bring up old sh*t, but seriously y’all how is this not one of the best places in the country to watch a soccer match?!
